Mamava pods are a DREAM. They are freestanding, private lactation spaces for breastfeeding and pumping parents in public areas and workplaces at no charge. I’ve used them at airports and event spaces (think Roger’s Arena, YVR, etc). They offer a clean, comfortable, and secure environment with outlets for charging, mood lighting and relaxing sounds. Baby registry checklist
I’ve put together a free downloadable and editable Baby Registry Checklist, thoughtfully curated based on real crowdsourced mom experiences. It’s perfect to share with new moms, soon-to-be moms, and friends trying to build a helpful, realistic gift list.
Most items are from Amazon CA and if you create your registry there you get a free gift once you add 20+ items and spend $25 (think a moisturizer or wipes) AND a 15% off completion discount on most items that activates 60 days before your due date. I also created an Amazon US baby registry and picked up some cheaper items over the border. They gift you a full baby welcome kit with trial sized baby shampoo/conditioner, a muslin blanket, diapers, etc, and they only require you to add 10+ products and spend $10! However, please do check with friends, local mommy Facebook groups or Facebook Marketplace for these items first.
